Here at House of Flags we have a highly experience installation team who are able to install a range of our products, from flagpoles to banners. Our installation team are Alcumus Safe Contractor accredited, a third party quality assurance scheme. Our installation team have also achieved an ISO accreditation due to our rigorous product testing programme and quality assurance processes.

Installation Service

Our installation service is available for all of our customers, whether you need a flagpole or banner installing at one site or across multiple sites nationwide, we can ensure that your flagpoles and banners are installed to the same high standard.

As part of our installation service our team are able to offer advice with planning permission where needed, along with providing a comprehensive site survey, report and bespoke installation plan.

All of our installations are carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations with RAMS and method statements being available on request.

Maintenance Service

Alongside installing our flagpoles we also offer maintenance contracts, from basic flag change overs to bespoke maintenance contracts.

Flagpole maintenance is key for flagpoles to ensure they are kept in a good condition and don’t pose a risk to public safety. We recommend getting your flagpole checked at least twice per year to ensure that all parts and components are in good working order.

Flag Change Over

Our flag change over service is our most basic maintenance contract. This service includes a site visit up to three times a year depending on your individual requirements. During our visit we will change your old flag for a new one and carry out a visual check of your flagpole. From this we will recommend any work that needs doing or replacement parts that may be needed. We include one free replacement flag with this service, making sure you get the most out of our service.

Bespoke Maintenance

Our bespoke maintenance contracts are tailor made for you. As a standard we include two site visits each year, including one full maintenance and one mini maintenance of your flagpoles. During these visits we will carry out cleaning of your flagpole, replacing broken or worn parts, repairing broken or worn parts and a free flag change over.

We include the cost of any extra equipment or machinery that may be needed during our installation or maintenance services, including lifts.
