Hoarding Boards - From consultation to Installation

Lioncourt Homes are passionate about delivering innovative and beautifully constructed new homes that meet and exceed their customers’ expectations. They aim to take the hassle out of moving home and are only one of 15 housebuilders in the whole of the UK with a five-star quality badge. Recently, House of Flags successfully took a new hoarding board project from consultation all the way to installation.
Upon enquiry, one of our dedicated account managers discussed all of the Oaklands Park signage requirements with Lioncourt Homes. Included in the discussion was the sites requirement for hoarding boards, plus their design, usage, display requirements and installation requirements.
Site Survey
After the initial consultation a site survey was arranged to carry out an in depth site survey of Oaklands park. This allowed us to produce bespoke installation plans and assess all requirements of the hoarding boards, including providing advice on any planning permission plus gaining exact measurements.
Design
Once all the challenges of the job had been understood our in-house graphic design team were able to create designs. Understanding the site requirements and more importantly the customer, enabled us to create a design that matched Lioncourt’s beautifully constructed new homes.
Fabrication
After finalising the designs, the hoarding boards were fabricated and packed onto our installation truck ready for our inhouse installation team to install the next day.
Installation
Our installation team then travelled to the Oaklands Park location to install Lioncourt Homes new Hoarding Boards. Because of our in depth site survey plus constant interaction with Lioncourt Homes throughout the project, the installation was completed smoothly.
