How quickly can you produce a flag?

When do you need it? All our printed products lead times vary depending on the size, quantity, material and finish required. If you have a specific date, for example flags required for a specific event, we will always endeavour to produce your order in time. As standard our digitally printed products are produced within 7-10 working days, but we will always aim to produce our products as soon as possible.

What is a standard sized flag?

Here at House of Flags we believe that you should choose the flag size that best suits your needs. This is the main reason we do not have a set of standard sizes for our flags. Only national flags are subjected to standard sizing, and this is done by following their ratio. If you are not sure what size flag you need then don't hesitate to get in touch with us, where one of our sales advisors will be able to guide you better.

Can you personalise or customise a flag?

Yes, we are all able to customise flags, banners, bunting and much more. Most of our customers purchase custom business flags and other custom flags. Get in contact with us today to discuss your custom flag needs.

Can you repair flags?

Yes, we can repair your flags. We offer a wash and repair service at our Head Office in Cambridgeshire. Our team of expert sewers will inspect your flag/banner to see if the damage is repairable. Our washing service will also help remove any dirt or grime left on the flag.

How much will a flag cost me?

This again depends on the size, quantity and exactly which flag you want. We always pride ourselves in our competitive pricing for all our products. Talk to our team today to discuss all your flag related needs.

How durable are your flags?

Our flags are very durable; however, this is always dependent upon your location. If a flag is at the coast or on a coastline it will wear a lot quicker than a flag that is kept indoors for instance. Do you conduct site visits before installing a flagpole?

Our installation team will install any flagpoles that we supply and will also carry out a site survey and provide you with a complete installation plan. We can offer an out of hours service if required and can provide you with a schedule for covering multiple sites.
