Angled flags are a great way to promote your business in areas with limited ground space. The angled flag can be made to meet specific requirements, with the option of having images mirrored or double-sided. All of our angled flag banners are produced to bespoke sizes. We supply them with a 45° or 35° angle as standard (measured from the vertical) to suit our standard Aluminium or GRP angled flagpoles.
Our flags are available with our unique anti-furl device, designed to prevent the flag from wrapping around the flagpole.

Angled flags are a great solution for promoting your business in areas with limited ground space. Our angled flag banners can be printed as mirror image or double-sided, and every flag is hemmed and finished to meet your exact requirements.Angled flags are specially shaped to ensure they fit on the pole correctly and hang properly.
The Anti-Furl device is a flat fibre baton, 30mm wide x 5.2mm thick, which is sewn into a pocket on the short vertical edge of the flag. This helps to keep the flag rigid. The eyelet is still used beneath the rod to tie the flag back to the wall and prevent the flag from wrapping around the pole.

Materials
Our angled flags come in a range of different materials, including:
Heavy Knitted Polyester
Recommended for our GRP and aluminium angled poles, this durable substrate is ideal for double-sided angled flags in a less exposed retail environment.
Blockout Polyester
Recommended for our GRP and aluminium poles, this material ensures your display is opaque whilst withstanding the elements. This is highly suitable for double-sided flags, with the added benefit of no show-through.
Knitted Polyester
This is our standard flag material and can be used with most of our angled poles. Knitted polyester is used both internally and externally. These flags are suitable for a mirror image due to our digital print method.
Sizes
Our angled flags are available in bespoke sizes to suit your specific requirements.
We supply our angled flags for with a 45° or a 35° angle as standard, however, we can supply bespoke angles.

Installation
Our angled flag banners are finished with an eyelet in the bottom left-hand corner, allowing you to tie the flag back to the wall. Whether you need an installation at a single UK location or across multiple sites nationwide, our team can help. Alongside one-off installation projects, we also offer ongoing contracts to ensure your angled flags are always updated with the latest promotions.

Yes, we offer appliqué on our angled flag banners and have years of experience producing appliqué flags. The appliqué technique helps to create a special metallic effect on our angled flags, ideal for prestigious brands. Our appliqué angled flags can be seen in areas such as Regent Street in London.
Can you produce angled national flags?
Yes, we can produce angled national flags. However, flags like the Union Jack and the American flag have strict design regulations which prevent us from altering the design of the flag. This means that it is very challenging to create angled flags for some national flags, but there are alternative options for these flags.
If I require installation of an angled flagpole are you able to assist?
Yes, we can provide installation of any flags using our in-house flag installation team. We are able to provide a full installation assessment to ensure there are no issues during the installation or in the future.
