Our pop up display stands are a simple and effective way to make an impact for any internal display, including exhibitions, events or showrooms. Pop up display stands are highy portable, being supplied with a wheeled carry case.

Our freestanding fabric pop up exhibition stands feature fabric banners which are easily attached to the frame using Velcro. The frames themselves are built from lightweight aluminium and simply pull up and fold back down, making them fast to set up.

These display stands feature interchangeable banners, providing you with a cost effective, long term display stand. As the banners are produced from fabric they are also easier to store and transport.

Our freestanding fabric pop up exhibition stands are lightweight and easy to transport. Just take them out of the case, expand the frame and attach the fabric banners and that is it, you're exhibiting your display as easy as that.

We offer a wide range of sizes for our pop up exhibiting stands, helping you to create a display stand that suits your display requirements. You can also use multiple stands at one time to build a bespoke exhibition stand that grabs attention. All of our pop up display stands feature interchangeable graphics, a unique collapsible frame and a wheeled carry case, designed to  make them easier to transport, store, set up and dismantle.

We can also provide a wheeled counter case which can be used as a carry case for you pop up display stand as well as a counter with a wooden table top whilst on display.

The fabric covers are produced using our Heavy Knitted Polyester material. Making sure they fit snugly onto the frames.

The frames are made from lightweight aluminium.


We can also produce our exhibition pop up display covers from Blackback Polyester for a display with no show through. Please don't hesitate to contact us for more information on this.

Do you offer a counter that can be used with a pop up exhibition stands?

The fabric tension rectangular counter is a great option to use alongside our exhibition pop up display stands. Alternatively we can also offer our wheeled counter case is designed for using with our pop up display stands. You can easily fit one of our pop up display stand frames inside for transport. It features a fold away wooden table top which transforms the carry case into a counter when on display, alongside its own printed cover.


Do you offer artwork help for your pop up exhibition stands?
Yes, we have a large in house design team who provide an artwork service for our customers. They will help you to create stand out artwork that suits all of your display requirements.


How easy is it to assemble the pop up exhibition stand?
Our pop up exhibition stands are extremely easy to assemble and dismantle. The frame easily pulls up and clicks together, the fabric banners are then simply attached to the frame using a Velcro strip. As the frame is collapsible, the whole display stand is easy to transport and store, taking up only a small amount of room and fitting in a car boot.

We offer a range of different sizes from small to large, making sure there will be a frame size suitable for your display requirements.

To help us process your artwork and orders efficiently please ensure your artworks meet the following requirements:


  • The artwork has been placed on the correct template, which will be sent to you.
  • All important images, text or logos are placed within the safe zone of the template.
  • The image quality is at 100% and is not pixilated or blurred.
  • No crop marks or registration marks have been included in the artwork.
  • The orientation of the artwork is correct and all of the artwork elements are in the correct positions, e.g. logos, texts and images.
  • No notes, descriptions or annotations have been left in the PDF file.
  • All of your artwork is saved in the Your Artwork layer and the INFO layer has been deleted before sending your finished artwork to us.
  • Your artwork has been provided in a PDF format.

These requirements are designed to help you provide artwork ready to process. Providing artwork in ready to process will help to speed up your order time.

However, if you are unable to provide artwork in this format we do offer an artwork support service, which will be able to handle most types of artwork.

Please note that we only offer UK delivery through our webshop.


For stock items and flagpoles we offer a 3 working day lead time and a 3 working day standard delivery time. We will always endeavour to send orders out as soon as possible.


For most digitally printed products we work with a 7 to 10 working day lead time. These times may vary and are not guaranteed. For larger products such as Gazebos, these have a 12+ working day lead time. All lead times are from artwork sign off.


If you have specific lead time requirements or would like more information on our current lead times, please don't hesitate to contact us. We aim to meet all our customers deadline dates (some tighter lead times may be subject to an express fee).


Next day delivery is not available for remote areas, Channel Islands, Ireland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Highlands or the Scottish Isles.



We cannot accept returns of any of our bespoke products. All our products are quality checked before being dispatched. If you receive your products and they are substantially incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.


Stock items can be returned to us in their original packaging and unused, within 14 days of receiving your goods. The return cost will not be covered by House of Flags.
