Spun Polyester is more durable than our standard 155gsm Knitted Polyester and is one of our highest quality flag materials. Can you produce angled Australian flags?
It is possible to produce angled Australian flags, however, as the design of the flag has to be altered when creating an angled flag we don’t recommend produced angled Australian flags. We can produce Australian flags that can be used with angled flagpoles, maintaining the correct design proportions.
Is there a size restriction when ordering an Australian flag?
Online we offer two sizes of Australian flag, 0.7sqm and 1.5sqm. However, we can produce any size Australian flag as long as the original flag ratio is maintained. If you would like a different sized Australian flag please don’t hesitate to contact us.

We have both printed and sewn Australian flags available to buy online. Both are produced using high quality Spun Polyester and are manufactured at our head office in Cambridgeshire. What is the difference between and printed Australian flag and a sewn Australian flag?
We print our Australian flags using our advanced digital printers at our head office in Cambridgeshire. We use Spun Polyester to ensure that the flags look impressive but are also more durable than our standard Knitted Polyester. Printed Australian flags are a more cost effective option.
Our sewn Australian flags are also made from spun Polyester and are hand sewn by our highly skilled sewing team at our head office in Cambridgeshire. Sewn Australian flags are higher quality than the printed alternative, and create an impressive traditional display.

The Australian flag was first flown in 1901, featuring a 6 pointed Colonial star, representing the 6 British colonies. In 1908 the flag was updated to display the 7 pointed Colonial star.
The flag features the Union Jack, representing the countries historic ties with Britain.
The flag also features the Southern Cross Constellation which helped early travellers find the continent.

Delivery
For stock items and flagpoles we offer a 3 working day lead time and a 3 working day standard delivery time. We will always endeavour to send orders out as soon as possible.
For most digitally printed products we work with a 7 to 10 working day lead time. These times may vary and are not guaranteed. For larger products such as Gazebos, these have a 12+ working day lead time. All lead times are from artwork sign off.
If you have specific lead time requirements or would like more information on our current lead times, please don't hesitate to contact us. We aim to meet all our customers deadline dates (some tighter lead times may be subject to an express fee).
Next day delivery is not available for remote areas, Channel Islands, Ireland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Highlands or the Scottish Isles.
Returns
We cannot accept returns of any of our bespoke products. All our products are quality checked before being dispatched. If you receive your products and they are substantially incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Stock items can be returned to us in their original packaging and unused, within 14 days of receiving your goods. The return cost will not be covered by House of Flags.
