Angled flags are a great way of promoting your business in areas with limited ground space, and allow your message to be seen from a distance. The angled flag can be made to meet specific requirements, with the option of having images mirrored or double-sided. All of our angled flags are produced to bespoke sizes. We supply them with a 55° or 35° angle as standard (measured from the vertical) to suit our standard Aluminium or GRP angled flagpoles.
Our flags are available with our unique anti-furl device, designed to prevent the flag from wrapping around the flagpole.

Angled Flags Product Description
Things you may need to know before purchase
Angled flags are an ideal product for promoting your business when you have limited ground space. Our angled flags can be printed either mirror image or double sided. All of our flags are hemmed and can be finished to meet your specific requirements.
Angled flags are specially shaped to ensure they fit on the pole correctly and hang properly.
The Anti-Furl device is an flat fibre baton, 30mm wide x 5.2mm thick, which is sewn into a pocket on the short vertical edge of the flag. This helps to keep the flag rigid. The eyelet is still used beneath the rod to tie the flag back to the wall and prevent the flag from wrapping around the pole.

The materials used for this product
Our angled flags come in a range of different materials, including:
Heavy Knitted Polyester
Recommended for our GRP and aluminium angled poles, this durable substrate is ideal for double-sided flags in a less exposed retail environment.
Blockout Polyester
Recommended for our GRP and aluminium poles this material ensures your display is opaque whilst withstanding the elements. This is highly suitable for double sided flags, with the added benefit of no show through.
Knitted Polyester
This is our standard flag material and can be used with most of our angled poles. Knitted polyester is used both internally and externally. These flags are suitable for mirror image due to our digital print method.
Spun Polyester
Suitable for most of our angled poles, this is a traditional looking and long-lasting flag fabric, approved by the MOD for naval flags. This material lasts at least 50% longer than our standard 115gsm Knitted Polyester.

Product Installation
Installation and maintenance advice for this product
Our angled flags are finished with an eyelet in the bottom left hand corner, allowing you to tie the flag back to the wall.
Whether you require an installation at one UK site or sites nationwide, our team can help. In addition to one off installation projects, we offer a contract option to help keep flags up-to-date according to new promotions.

Yes, we can produce angled national flags. However, flags like the Union Jack and the American flag have strict design regulations which prevent us from altering the design of the flag. This means that is very challenging to create and angled flag for some national flags, there are alternative options for these flags.

Yes, we can provide installation of any flags using our inhouse flag installation team. We are able to provide a full installation assessment to ensure there are no issues during the installation or in the future.
